At KreativeKreationz, we make custom ordering easy and stress-free! Follow these simple steps to create your personalized item:

- Send us your design details through our website or contact us directly.
- Include as much information as possible—colors, text, images, or themes—to help us bring your vision to life.
- Not sure what you want? No problem! We’ll collaborate with you to create a unique design.
2. Receive a Quote & Approve
- After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a detailed quote, including pricing, production timeline, and any additional details.
- Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront to begin production.
3. Design Proof (if applicable)
- For fully custom designs, we’ll create a digital proof for you to review.
- Once approved, we’ll start crafting your item. Changes cannot be made after approval.
4. Production Time
- Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Most custom orders take 2–3 weeks to complete.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—just ask us!
5. Order Completion & Balance Payment
- Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you. The remaining balance must be paid before your item is shipped or available for pickup.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We carefully package your custom item to ensure it arrives safely.
- Shipping times vary based on location, but we’ll provide tracking information once your order is on its way.
7. Enjoy Your Unique Creation!
- Unbox your custom item and enjoy! Don’t forget to tag us on social media to show off your personalized creation.

- Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
- Please double-check all design details before approval to ensure accuracy.
